Using music from the silent film era, fun improvisations, and cool live sound effects, The GFFO is preparing 31 short films from the masters of physical comedy, Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton. These ground-breaking films inspired animated and live-action filmmakers, from Looney-Tunes' animators to the slapstick of Jackie Chan. These are timeless classics meant to be seen by large audiences with live musicians and sound effects engineers!

Who's better?
There's always been a rivalry between movie connoisseurs as to who the better comedy filmmaker was – Keaton or Chaplin. It's hard to choose as they both had their own personality that made them unique in their own way. Still, everyone has their favorite. It is important to note that Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton were close friends.
Look for these in upcoming GFFO performances throughout the West Coast, or book them for your next event!
